If you are uncertain about any aspect of using this

RIDGID self-levelling lasers are high-precision

measuring instruments designed to allow horizontal

and vertical lines to be projected onto a surface to

aid in the alignment of equipment and materials. We

strongly recommend that it NOT be modified or used

for any other application other than that for which it

was intended.

Keep these instructions together with the RIDGID self-

levelling laser.

Particular Safety Instructions

Laser radiation: Do not stare into the laser beam

or view directly with optical instruments. The laser

glasses for RIDGID self-levelling lasers are not

protective safety glasses; they are designed for use

in sunlight and to enhance the visibility of the laser

projection. There are no user-serviceable parts in the

RIDGID self-levelling lasers. For any repairs, contact

your authorised RIDGID service centre. Switch OFF

the power when not in use and before storing the

RIDGID self-levelling laser. If it is not going to be used

for an extended period of time, remove the batteries to

prevent damage from battery leakage.

Never leave the self-levelling laser unattended when

the power is switched on.

Use only high quality alkaline batteries.

Protect the laser from humidity and shocks; use and

transport with care.

After use, always clean the self-levelling laser with a

soft dry clean cloth.
