• Season with salt and pepper
• Add the pasta and toss until the pasta and the peppers are mixed
• Serve hot.

CHORIZO
1 pound pork
8 oz bacon
1 clove garlic minced
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 T red wine vinegar
• Grind the pork using the meat grinder attachment, course screen
• Grind the bacon and some of the pork with the fine screen.
• Add the remaining ingredients into the mixer bowl and mix using the
“V” paddle
• Once incorporated, sauté the mixture in a pan until done
(can make links or use casings)
