The filter in the dust
container is dirty.
Clean the filter in the dust container with a brush
with soft bristles (see chapter ‘Cleaning and
maintenance’, section ‘Emptying and cleaning the dust
container’)
If brushing does not help to clean the filter, replace
the filter with a new one (see chapter ‘Replacement’,
section ‘Replacing the filter’ and chapter ‘Ordering
accessories’).
The suction opening
in the bottom is
clogged.
Clean the suction opening (see chapter ‘Cleaning
and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning the suction
opening, the wheels and the drop-off sensors’).
The front wheel is
jammed with hair or
other dirt.
Clean the front wheel (see chapter ‘Cleaning and
maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning the suction opening,
the wheels and the drop-off sensors’).
The robot is cleaning
a black floor, which
triggers the drop-off
sensors. This causes
the robot to move in
an unusual pattern.
Please go to www.philips.com/support or contact
the Consumer Care Centre in your country.
The robot is cleaning
a floor that reflects

This triggers the

causes the robot to
move in an unusual
pattern.
Close the curtains to block sunlight from entering
the room.
The battery can
no longer be
charged or runs
empty very fast.
The rechargeable
