Blocking power windows in the rear
doors
Blocking rear power windows and electric child
safety locks

The rear power windows can be blocked us-
ing the switch on the driver’s door control
panel.
The light in the switch is illuminated
The rear door windows can only be operated
from the driver’s door.
The light in the switch is extinguished
The rear door windows can be operated both
with the controls on each rear door and with
the controls on the driver’s door.
Front passenger seat
Front passenger seat
The control in the front passenger door oper-
ates that window only.

NOTE
If the car has electric child safety locks on
the rear doors, the
light indicates that these
are also activated. The doors then cannot
be opened from the inside. A text message
is shown on the display when the electric
child safety locks are activated.
