Setting up mailbox for confidential and bulletin board communication
How to create a confidential mailbox or bulletin box mailbox on sender's side is explained here.

Press the [FAX] button on the control panel.

Press the [ADVANCED] button to enter the advanced menu, and
then press the [ITU MAILBOX] button.

Press the [CONFIDENTIAL] (or [BULLETIN BD.]) button, and then
press the [BOX SETUP] button.

Press the [ENTER] button.
