Listening to MP3/WMA (USB)
< Do NOT use a high-capacity USB hard disc with this
unit.
1 Press the FUNCTION button to select “USB”.
2 Plug your USB memory into the USB connector.
< You can reverse steps 1 and 2 .
< It takes a few seconds for the unit to load the USB
memory. No buttons will work during loading. Wait
until the total number of the files and the total number
of folders on the USB memory are displayed.
< If the USB memory comes into contact with the iPod
and/or dock adaptor, remove the iPod and/or dock
adaptor.
< If an iPod shuffle is connected to this connector, it
cannot be played.
When a USB memory is loaded

3 Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (
y/J) to start
playback.
Playback starts from the first file on the USB memory.
< MP3/WMA files recorded out of folders are automatically
put in the “001” folder, and playback starts from the first
file of the 001 folder.
< When the playback of all the files has finished, the unit
stops automatically.
