1. Open the file you want to print.
2. Click File → Print.
3. Open the drop-down list below Presets. Select Layout.
4. Make your selections.
Pages per Sheet
Use this to print up to 16 pages on one sheet.
Layout Direction
Use this to set the orientation in which multiple pages
are printed on the sheet.
Border
When printing multiple pages on one sheet, use this to
print a border between the sheets, if desired.
5. Change any other settings as desired.
6. Click Print.
