Setting the Zoom Lever
When loading the digital camera in the
Case, fit the projecting part of the zoom
lever of the digital camera into the
recessed part of the zoom lever on the
inside of the Case.
Power Switch Button Operation Method
Press the power switch button
to switch on the camera power
supply.
When the power switch button
is pressed again, the camera
power supply is switched off.
Advice • When loading the camera, confirm that the projecting part of
the zoom lever of the camera is properly set to the recessed
part of the zoom lever of the Case.
• When the setting is insufficient, the loading of the camera
becomes imperfect and it may not be possible to seal the
Case or zooming may not function. Insufficient sealing will
cause water leakage.
: • When the digital camera has not been used for about 3
minutes while in the shooting mode, it enters the sleep
mode (standby status). In the sleep mode, the lens returns
to the wide-angle end and no camera operation is possible.
To cancel sleep mode (and return to operation status),
press the shutter button or any other button.

CAUTION
Popping up the Flash
Press the flash button on the case to
pop up the camera’s flash.
: • Once the flash is up, it cannot be retracted as long as the
camera is in the case. Remove the camera from the case to
retract the flash.
