Please take care that your battery is fully charged !

Make sure that your PC is connected to
the Internet. Click “Update Camera” on
the OLYMPUS Master main menu.
• After selecting the Update Camera function
OLYMPUS Master shows a Window with
security advices.

Plug the USB cable into the USB port on
the computer.

Plug the other end of the USB cable into the camera’s USB
connector.
• The camera turns on automatically.
• The monitor turns on and the selection screen for the USB connection is
displayed.

Select [PC], and press i.

Click “OK”.
• OLYMPUS Master will
recognize the actual version of
your camera now.
• Click “Check for latest version”
and the Software is searching at
the Olympus Homepage for new
Camera firmware versions and
for additional languages. Then
you can select an additional
language.

After click “Update” is now
downloading the new
language to your camera.
Please do not remove any
cable or the battery while the camera is processing.

After the download procedure the camera display will show “OK”.
You can remove the cables and turn power off. After restarting the
camera you will be able to choose the new language from [SET
UP].
To increase the number of languages
