Dough Setting Recipes
Dough Machine Stages
For the dough cycle you can expect the following things to
happen as the timer counts down to zero:
At 1:30: The dough is kneaded for the first time. (20 minutes)
At 1:10: The dough continues to rise. (20 minutes)
At 0:50: The dough is “punched down.” (30 seconds)
At 0:50: The dough rises for the final time. (50 minutes)
At 0:00: The dough is finished.
Dough Instructions

Put ingredients in bread pan and put the bread pan into the
breadmaker.

Press the Select button to reach the dough setting.

Press “Start/Stop.” The display will begin counting down the
time on the Dough/Pasta setting. When dough is ready, the
unit will signal and the display will read, “0:00.”

Press “Start/Stop,” holding it down until you a hear a beep
and the display clears.

To remove the bread pan, grasp the handle firmly and lift
the pan out.
