1. Outline
The M3T-DIRECT100S is an accessory tool for connecting
an emulator probe and the target. Its dimensions are the same
as those of the 100-pin 0.65-mm-pitch QFP (23 x 17 mm) IC
packages (100P6S-A and 100P6S-E).

The M3T-DIRECT100S can be used for debugging by
