MAINTENANCE
13) Unplug the green (TH) and white (TP/TH)
wires from the valve.
14) Disconnect the 2 DC Spark generator wires
from the DC spark box located in front of
the valve.
15) Disconnect the spark electrode wire from
the DC spark box.

16) Remove the 16 screws that hold the valve
tray to the fi rebox and slightly pull out the
valve tray.

17) Completely pull out the valve tray.
18) Replace the valve tray and reverse steps
to re-install.
19) Turn on the gas supply and check for gas
leaks.
20) Re-install the rear log stand.
21) Re-install the burner tube.
22) Re-install the grate.
23) Re-install the brick panels.
24) Re-install the log set.
25) Re-install the glass door.
26) Re-install the front cover plate
27) Re-install the mesh screen.
28) Check the inlet and outlet pressures.
29) Check operation of fl ame control.
30) Check for proper fl ame appearance.
10) Disconnect the inlet gas line from the
valve.
11) Undo the center wire clip on the side of the
fi rebox.
12) Unplug the wire harness that connects the
modulating coil to the receiver.
