• Choose correct video mode.

memory card. Remove memory card to

when camera is connected
• Camera is off.

• Audio video/USB cable is not correctly con-
nected.
• Appropriate [USB] option is not selected.
• Camera is not recognized by the com-
puter.
• Computer is not set to launch

Paper size cannot be selected from the cam-
era if the printer does not support the page
