You can select the sensitivity to suit the brightness of the surroundings.
Sensitivity

Press the MENU button in Capture mode.
The [A Rec.Mode] menu appears.

to select [Sensitivity].

Setting the Sensitivity
Auto The sensitivity is automatically set in the range from 64 to 200.
64 • The lower the sensitivity (the lower values), the sharper the image and
the less noise. The shutter speed will be slower in low light conditions.
• The higher the sensitivity (the higher values), the faster the shutter
speed in low light conditions to reduce camera shake, but the image
may be affected by noise.
