Finding the controls
Main unit (control panel)
Function button initiates programming.
Indicates to rotate the search dial.
Select button selects feature settings.
Record button records greeting message.
Register button stores a parameter.
Erase button erases a recorded message.
Reset key
Store/Edit/Delete button for search dial.
Resolution button selects the resolution
when faxing or copying.
Call memory button & indicator store the
caller ID of an incoming call.
E-mail button
Replay button listens to recorded
messages.
Auto answer button
—light on: answering device activated.
—light off: used as a telephone. Volume buttons adjust ringer, speaker and
handset volume.
