Getting to Know Your Machine
Control Panel
• Used to select the
original size manually.
Touch Panel Display
Print Data LED (Green)
• Lights when printing print data.
• Blinks when receiving print data.
Status LED (Red)
• Lights when trouble occurs.
(No paper in the selected tray.
Toner has run out. Paper has
misfed, etc.)
Active LED (Green)
• Lights when the received Fax
message is in memory.
• Blinks when machine is active.
• Used to select
the Fax/Email
mode.
• On Line Indicator
Blinks : When sending or
receiving Fax/Email
communication.
• Used to switch the machine into energy
saving mode. For more details, see the
Operating Instructions (For Basic
Operations).
