Using the player with
a battery pack
This player can be used with either the
PDV-BT20 battery pack (supplied with PDV-
LC20), or the PDV-BT25 high-capacity
battery pack (optional).
Please read the operating instructions that
come with your battery pack.
Attaching the battery pack
1 Line up the back of the player
with the back of the battery
pack.

Catches
2 Gently push the player down on
to the battery pack until you
hear it click into place.
Check that the battery is securely attached.
Recharging the battery pack
You can recharge the battery cpack whether
it is attached to the player or not.
The PDV-BT20 takes about 2.5 hours to
fully charge from empty; the PDV-BT25
takes about 5 hours.
1 Plug the power connector into
the DC IN jack on the rear of
the battery pack.
2 Plug the other end of the power
cord into a wall power outlet.
