Storing e-mail addresses in the
addressbook

Press (Menu) and , then press
(Register).

Enter the e-mail address, up to 50 characters (see the
table on page 9 for instructions), then press
(Register).
● To program another party, press (Next party)
and repeat steps 2 to 5.

Enter the name, up to 20 characters (see the table on
page 9 for instructions), then press (Register).

Press (Search button) to select the e-mail
address column, then press (Set).

Editing/deleting a stored e-mail
address

Press (Search button) repeatedly until the
desired name is displayed.

Press (Edit).
■ To delete the party
Press (Delete) and (Yes), then go to
step 9.

Press (Set) and edit the name (see the table on
page 9 for instructions), then press (Register).
● If you do not need to edit the name, skip to step 5.

Press (Search button) to select the kana
column.
● If you do not need to edit the kana, skip to step 7.

Press (Set) and enter the correct kana, then
press (Register).

address column.
● If you do not need to edit the e-mail address, skip to

address, then press (Register).
