6.1
Change the Handset
Name
You can name the handset and display
the handset name in idle mode. The
default handset name of your handset
is
PHILIPS
.
Press
M
in idle mode, scroll

PERSONAL SET
and
press

SELECT

to enter
HANDSET NAME
.
Edit the handset name
(maximum 12 characters) and
press
m
OK
to confirm.
• A validation tone is emitted and
the screen returns to previous
menu.

Handset Tones
6.2.1
Set the Ring Volume
Danger
When setting the ring volume of your
phone or when the handset rings
during an incoming call, please do not
hold the handset too close to your
ear as the volume of the ringing tone
may damage your hearing.
There are 5 levels of ring volume,
including progressive volume.

melodies available on your handset.

A single beep is emitted when a key is
pressed. You can enable or disable
the key beep. By default, the key beep
