Switch off the power of the projector

Press the POWER/STANDBY button.

The message display appears.
One more press of the POWER/STANDBY button as described in
the message will switch off the projection screen and cause the
projector to enter the power-off operation.

Note:
* The operation can be cancelled by pressing a button other than the

POWER/STANDBY button.

The POWER indicator will change to a blinking green, then go off
about 90 seconds later, and the STANDBY indicator will light
steadily.

Unplug the power cable

When the Quick Off function is not used, check that the STANDBY indicator is lit and then unplug the power cable.
The STANDBY indicator will go off when the power cable is unplugged.

Note:
* When the power cable is disconnected from the power outlet, to provide cooling, the fan will start to turn again and cool the lamp.

(This is not a malfunction.)

* Do not put the projector into a bag or other enclosure while the cooling fan is turning.

Unplug & Go function
Even when the power cable is unplugged soon after switching off the power, the cooling fan (powered by the internal power
supply) will continue to turn and cool the lamp.
• It may be more difficult to turn the lamp back on if it has been cooled with the power cord unplugged.
• Do not place the projector in a bag, etc., while the cooling fan is turning.

Turn the lens cover counterclockwise until it stops.

The lens cover will stop with a click.
