3 Get started
Caution
•
Make sure that you have read the safety instructions in
the "Important safety instruction" section before you
connect and install your handset.
•
A lanyard is provided together with the phone. You are
recommended to use the lanyard and the clip together
to prevent the phone from dropping.
•
The phone works with any base station compliant
to the GAP standard. For information on the GAP
standard, see the chapter 'Notice'.
•
This product is a DECT phone accessory that requires
a GAP compliant DECT base station for access to the
landline.
Fix the lanyard to the phone
Attach the lanyard as shown below:
You can lengthen or shorten the lanyard by
adjusting the distance between two knots.
Wear the phone
Clip the phone to your collar or wear it around
your neck.
Switch on the handsfree
phone
