Message Cause and Remedy
Recording cannot be started
because "XXXX" has reached its
recording capacity. Delete
unnecessary images in order to
start recording.

• The capacity has reached the recording
capacity limit.
Delete unnecessary images, or change
the settings of recording capacity limit.
Recording cannot be started
because "XXXX" has disabled the
camera. Enable the camera in
order to start recording.
"XXXX" =

Camera Name
• The camera is disabled. (The disabled camera
cannot be recorded.)
Follow the instruction message.
Software Startup failed.
Restart this software.
If situation does not improve after
restarting the software, restart
your PC. • This software fails to start the ncrcore.exe file.

has occurred. Restart this

If situation does not improve after
