VITC BLANK This is used during playback to set whether to output VITC signal to the position set
on the setting menu “VITC POS-1” or “VITC POS-2”.

This setting is effective only for VIDEO output and SD-SDI output.
VITC POS-1 This is used to set the insert position of VITC signal.
