64" Widescreen Display
Fill the room with a super-large 64" display.Widescreen 16:9 format pro-
vides a cinematic experience.Widescreen productions may be shown
without compromise to artistic imagery. If a 4:3 picture is the primary
source, it will be expanded to fill the screen.
ATSC Certified
Is the program content broadcast on the traditional analog channel?
No problem. Is it broadcast in the new digital format? No problem.
Whatever the terrestrial broadcast format, this television will display the
best picture possible. Fully compliant with analog NTSC and all 18 digital
ATSC formats. Best picture, best sound.
9" CRTs
Utilizing high-resolution phosphors and a tighter beam spot, these mono-
chrome picture tubes with large faceplates offer superior brightness and
a sharper picture than ever before. Now your large screen pictures come
alive with radiant color and rich highlights.
First-Surface Mirrors
By using a front-silvered imaging mirror to eliminate light refraction, this
large screen TV delivers virtually all of the light created in the optics bed
right to the viewing screen. In concert with other advanced features in
this model, your picture displays a brilliance and clarity never before pos-
sible on a screen with these dimensions.
Three-Line Digital Comb Filter
Improved chroma/luminance separation over standard two-line glass
comb filters for a difference you can really see. Offering vertical edge
enhancement and virtually no “dot crawl,” it easily supports the demands
of DVD Video players,Web browsers, and other advanced, high-resolution
video media (through A/V inputs).
