Purpose
When taking a portrait in daylight, the subject’s face
may be cast in shadow. The use of a flash will help
eliminate the unwanted shadow.
Daylight-sync photography is accomplished in
the same manner as normal flash photography,
so you simply depress the shutter release but-
ton.
• If the background is too bright, it may be overex-
posed.
