Picture Reset
This option restores the Picture Mode to factory default settings.
1. Press MENU on the Installer Remote, and use the arrow
navigation keys to select/highlight the PICTURE menu option.
Then, press ENTER.
2. Use the Up/Down arrows to select Picture Reset under
Picture Mode, and then press ENTER.
3. At the prompt for confi rmation, select Yes and press ENTER
to continue. The picture settings will be reset immediately,
and you will see a “Resetting video confi guration...” on-
screen message.
4. Press MENU to return to TV viewing, or press RETURN to
return to the previous menu level.
RGB-PC Screen Settings
1. If not already done, connect the PC to the STB, select the
RGB input on the STB, and then turn ON the computer. (See
page 64 for information on connecting a PC to the STB. See
page 38 for information on selecting the input.)
2. Press MENU on the Installer Remote, and use the arrow
navigation keys to select/highlight the PICTURE menu option.
Then, press ENTER.
3. Use the Up/Down arrows to select Screen (RGB-PC) under
Picture Mode, and then press ENTER. (This option is only
available for selection when the Input is set to RGB-PC and
the PC is connected properly to the STB.)
A pop-up Screen Menu enables you to confi gure multiple set-
tings, including resolution, position, size, etc. The following
subsections describe the RGB-PC Screen Menu options.
Screen Resolution
Where possible, the resolution setting on the STB1000 should
match the PC’s resolution setting. This option is only available
when the PC’s resolution is set to: 1024 x 768, 1280 x 768, or
1360 x 768.
1. In the Screen Menu, use the Up/Down arrows to select
Resolution, and then press ENTER.
2. Use the Up/Down arrows to select the appropriate resolution
setting. Then, press ENTER to save your selection and return
to the Screen Menu.
