4. If you want to remove the last user—for example, if you want to lend the SAFE drive to another department in your com-
pany—select the user's name and click ”Reset to factory settings...”.
Important Info:
The drive is not formatted if it has been reset to factory settings. The data stored won’t be lost or
modified.
5. A dialog appears, confirming that you want to reset the drive. You will have to confirm this twice. The drive will then be
initialized. To reconfigure it, refer to section 4. Connecting Your LaCie Drive and section 5. Configuring Your LaCie SAFE Drive.
