Making and Answering Calls
Silencing an incoming call
1. Open the flip.
2. Press
to silence the ringer.
3. Press
to answer the call, if desired.
–
This action silences the incoming call only. The next call will ring
as normal.
If your phone is set to answer when you open the flip, and if the flip is
closed when the call comes in, you cannot silence the call without
answering it. To change the setting, see “Answering calls using the flip” on
page 14. To set the phone to vibrate, see “Silencing all sounds” on page 58.
Adjusting the volume during a call
To adjust the earpiece volume manually during a call, press
up or down.

on the amount of noise around you or the other person’s voice volume
