Start up Cubase 4 and create a project.
In the VST Instruments window, start up “M50 Plug-In Editor.”

Create a MIDI track.
In
the output
section
of that MIDI track, choose “M50 Plug-In
Editor” which you started up in the VST Instruments window.

To route the M50’s audio signal to Cubase 4, create an audio track.
On
the input
section
of
the track, select the audio interface input to which you’ve connected the M50’s audio
signal.

Turn the Monitor button on so that you can hear
/monitor
the audio signal.
