This option enables you to set a unique ringer type for

data/fax calls.

To set the ringer type for data/fax calls:

1.

Press

to display the Main menu.

2.

Press

for Setup / Tool.

3.

Press

for Sounds.

4.

Press

for Ringer Type.

5.

Press

for Data/Fax In.

6.

Press the scroll keys to scan nine ring types and four

melody tones. Each tone sounds as you scan the options.

7.

When the desired ringer type sounds, press

to save

the setting.

This option enables you to select a distinctive ringer type for

incoming roaming calls (this feature is on by default).

To set a distinctive ringer for incoming roaming calls:

1.

Press

to display the Main menu.

2.

Press

for Setup / Tool.

3.

Press

for Sounds.

4.

Press

for Roam Ringer.

5.

Press the scroll keys to choose Distinctive or Normal.

6.

When the desired ringer type displays, press

to

save the setting.
