Rejecting Spam
Setting mail filters to reject spam is recommended.
The
(Recommended Settings) helps you to
set mail filters easily.
Recommended Settings
Mail filter is set to reject spoofing mail, auto-forwarding mail
and to receive mail sent from a cell phone, PHS, or PC.
When the standby screen is displayed, press L.
Use j to select E-mail Setup and then press
c (Select).
Use j to select Mail Filter and then press
c (Select).
Use j to select (Settings) and then
press c (Select).
Use j to select (Registration) and then
press c (Select).
You can also prevent spam by changing your e-mail
address. For details on changing your e-mail address,
see page 13. •
