Meaning of the terms “mono” and “stereo”
Individually enhancing the speech intelligibility

Press the “speech intelligibility” button
repeatedly
until the sound is optimally adjusted to your needs.
If necessary, you can have the speech intelligibility fine
adjusted to your hearing ability (see page 28).
Stereo (ST)
Mono (MO)
Example:

: Speech from the left
R
: Music from the right
You hear speech from the
left and music from the
right.
You hear speech and music
coming from the front.
The “speech intelligibility”

allows you to adjust
the sound to your individual
needs.
