Solving problems
Should you encounter problems, please follow the procedure below.
Sony recommends that you take a note for displayed messages or alerts to find
the key to solve the problem.

Thousands of third-party add-on applications are available for the Palm OS
®
platform.
Sony does not support third-party applications. If you have a problem with a third-party
application, contact the developer or publisher of that software.
Step 1 Refer to “Troubleshooting Q&A” or
manuals for each application.

• Click the icon of CLIÉ Info and select Manual on your computer and
read the details about the applications.

website.

information for the answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ),
download provisions of latest programs, information on how to connect
