Connecting to the Internet
Note
For an internet connection, you must have a network card that is compliant with your
CLIÉ handheld and a service of Internet service provider. Contact your Internet service
provider to confirm compatibility.
Installing applications in your CLIÉ
handheld
Install the applications in your CLIÉ handheld for your purposes.
Browsing websites in your CLIÉ handheld : NetFront (page 81)
Exchanging e-mail : CLIE Mail (page 80)

Setting up a network card
Set up a network card, such as “Wireless LAN card PEGA-WL100”.
Tip
For details on how to set up a network card, refer to the manual of each network card.
Connecting to the Internet

Insert the network card in your CLIÉ handheld.

Select the desired application in “CLIE Launcher”
(page 44) and start it.

Start browsing websites, sending or receiving e-mail.
Internet connection starts automatically.
Tip
When you want to attach image files or movie files from your CLIÉ handheld to your
e-mail, you can select those files from the list displayed in “CLIE Viewer”.
