Resetting your CLIE handheld
Under normal circumstances, you do not have to reset your CLIE handheld.
However, if the system behaves abnormally or does not respond to the
button or stylus on the screen, or if your handheld is running on insufficient
memory, you must reset your CLIE handheld.
To reset (soft reset)
If you perform a soft reset, the system keeps data recorded on your CLIE
handheld.

Take out the stylus pin by twisting the upper part of the
stylus.

Slowly press the reset button at the back of your CLIE
handheld using the stylus.
The system shuts down and then restarts.
After restarting, the system displays “Palm Computing Platform.”
The “Preferences” screen for setting the date and time appears.
