Display Options
You can adjust the brightness and contrast of the Starmate 5’s display to
improve its visibility in different lighting conditions .
To change the display’s brightness or contrast:
1 Press menu .
2 Press the Down button to scroll and highlight Settings and press
the Select button .
3 Press the Down button to scroll and
highlight Display Options and press
the Select button .
4 Press the Select button to choose Brightness or press the Down
button to scroll and highlight Contrast and press the Select
button .
5 Press the Left or Right button to decrease or increase the
brightness/contrast of the display .
6 Press the Select button to confirm the setting .
7 Press and hold menu to exit .
