Event Alerts
There are several ways your phone alerts you to scheduled
events.
ⅷ By playing the alert tone (depending on the ringer type and
ringer volume setting).
ⅷ By blinking the LED.
ⅷ By lighting the LCD backlight (depending on the backlight
setting).
ᮣ Press any key to stop the alert. (The alert will stop and then
sound again after the selected snooze interval.)
Ⅲ Press (right softkey) to dismiss the event.
Note: To change the alert settings, from the calendar view, press
(right softkey) > Settings to set the ringer length and snooze
options.
Viewing Day’s Events
1. From the Calendar display, select the day for which you would
like to view events and press . (If you have events
scheduled for the selected day, they will be listed in
chronological order.)
2. To display the details of an event listed in the schedule, select
the event and press .
Event List Options
While you are displaying the day’s events list, press
(right softkey) to display the following options:
ⅷ Add Event to add a schedule to the calendar.
ⅷ Erase Event to erase the event.
ⅷ To Do List to display the To Do List on the calendar.
ⅷ Go to Date to jump to another date on the calendar.
ⅷ View Memory to view the memory status for events saved in
the phone.
ⅷ Erase Memory to erase memory for events saved in the
phone.
