Going to Today’s Calendar Menu
The Today menu allows you to view or create new events for
the day.
To access the today menu:
1.
Press Menu (
) to access the main menu.
2.
Select Tools (
).
3.
Select Today (
).
Erasing a Day’s Events
To erase a day’s scheduled events:
1.
Press Menu (
) to access the main menu.
2.
Select Tools (
).
3.
Select Scheduler (
).
4.
Using your navigation key, highlight the day for which
you would like to erase events and press
.
5.
Select Options (
), then select Erase All (
). (A
confirmation will appear asking you to confirm the
deletion)
6.
Select Yes or No and press
.

In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are
highlighted.
