Speaking of stereo, the Modus^*^ 3500 cleverly
converts to a stereo Bluetooth* headset by simply
plugging in the included premium stereo earbuds. The
gel earbuds come in different sizes for optimum fit,
and they include an embedded microphone as well as
clips to secure the headset. Not only can you listen to
streaming stereo music through the Modus^“ 3500,
you can also take calls while in stereo mode. When
the call ends, the music restores automatically.

Bluetooth® Headset Pairing Instructions
Standard Pairing of the Headset to a Phone
1. Turn on the Samsung headset and enter pairing mode.
• Initial, out-of-the-box pairing: If you turn on your Samsung
headset for the first time, rt automatically proceeds to pairing
mode immediately.
• Pairing a headset that has previously been turned on: Turn
on the headset. Press and hold the TaB< button until the blue
indicator light stays lit.
• Reconnecting to a device: When turned on. if the headset fails
to reconnect to the device that it has been paired with before, it
automaticaily enters Pairing mode, which lasts for three minutes.
2. Power on the phone. Ensure that the Bluetooth'* feature is activated
and the phone is not paired with any other devices. Then search for
the headset according to the instructions in the phone’s user manual.
3. Select the Samsung headset from the list of devices found by
your phone.
4. Pair the devK^es.
• If your phone IS compliant wifri Bluetooth* version 2.1 or higher,
the headset's Simple Pairing feature allows the headset to pair
with a phone without the need for a PIN.
• For all other Bluetoolh* phones, enter the Bluetooth* RN
(0000) to pair and connect the headset to your phone.

Active Pairing of the Headset to a Phone
1. Turn on the Samsung headset and enter pairing mode. {Foflow same

2. Power on the phone. Ensure that the Bkietooth'' visibnity feature is
activated and (he phone is rx>t paired with any other devices.
3. Press and hold the Tal( button on the headset until the violet indicator
light t\.xns on. The headset w« switch to Actrve Pairing mode, search
for a Bluetooth* phone in close proximity, and attempt to pair with it.
(The headset will attenpt Active Pairing for up to 20 secor^.)
Connecting to a Second Phone
1. With the Samsung headset already connected to one Blueiooth*
phone, press and hold the headset's Talc button until the blue indicator
light stays lit.
2. Press and hold the headset's Volume Up button to activate the
Multipoint feature.
3. Power on the second Bluetooth* p^one. Ensure that the Bluetooth*
feature is activated and the phone is not paired with aiy other devxjes.
Then search for the headset according to the instructions in the
phone's user manual.
4. Setecl the Samsung headset from 0>e list of devices found by the
second phone.
5. Enter the Bluetooth* PIN (0000) to pair and connec! the headset to
your phone.
