Tap Details
The Address Entry Details dialog box appears.

Change desired settings.
Show in List : Select the type of records to be shown in the Address
Book about the record currently selected. Tap and select either
Work, Home, Fax, Other, or E-mail.
Category : Specify the category of the record. Tap and select
either Business, Personal, Quick List, or Unfiled. You can also add
categories by choosing Edit Category.
Private : The record which needs to be protected is invisible when this
option is set to ON. To enable protection, tap and check s.

Tap OK.
The settings for the address record you selected in Step 5 are saved.
