Managing Addresses and Phone Numbers (the Address Book)
The menus of the Address Book appear.

Tap Options, and then tap Preferences.
The Address Book Preferences dialog box appears.

Tap the desired display format in the List By field.
Select a desired display format in which address entries should be
displayed when the Address Book starts up.

Tap OK.
The items of address records appear in the order that is determined by
the Address Book.
Notes
• Tap Last Name, First Name to sort alphabetically by an individual’s last name and
then first name.
• Tap Company, Last Name to sort alphabetically by the company name, and then
an individual’s last name.
