Locking (Protecting) a Title
Follow these instructions to lock an entry to protect it
from accidental deletion.
Using the TITLE LIST button
1 With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode, press the
TITLE LIST button .
The Title List screen is displayed.
Using the MENU button.
• With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode,
press the MENU button.
• Press the …† buttons to select Title,
then press the OK or √ button twice.
2 Press the …† buttons to select an entry you want to
protect from the Title List, then press the ANYKEY
button.
3 Press the …† buttons to select Protection, then press
the OK or √ button.
4 Press the œ √ buttons to select On, then press the
OK button. The key icon on the information window
for the selected entry changes to the locked status.
