2 Press or to select Time, then press .
The Time menu opens.
3 Press or to highlight Time Zone, then
press or to select your time zone. You
can select Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, Eastern,
Central, or Mountain.
4 If your viewing area observes Daylight Saving
time, press or to highlight Daylight
Saving Time, then press or to
select On.
The current time appears at the bottom of the
option list.
5 Press EXIT to close the menu.
Setting the sleep timer
You can specify the amount of time you want
your TV to wait before it automatically turns off.
To set the sleep timer:
1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press or to select Time, then press .
The Time menu opens.
3 Press or to highlight Sleep Timer, then
press or to select the amount of time you
want your TV to wait before it automatically
turns off.
4 Press EXIT to close the menu.
Selecting the aspect ratio
To select the aspect ratio:
1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press or to select Setup, then press .
The Setup menu opens.
3 Press or to highlight Zoom Mode, then
press or to select the aspect ratio. You
can select:
• Normal—Selects the aspect ratio to
match the video source’s image (4:3 or
16:9).
• Wide—Displays the video image full
screen.
• Zoom—Enlarges the video image. The
bottom and top of the image may be
cropped.
• Cinema—Stretches the video image to fill
the screen while maintaining a clear
image in the middle of the screen.
4 Press EXIT to close the menu.
