Allen Bolts (#20) and

B.) Attach the Handlebar (#25) to the Seat Support (#28). Secure it with two M8 x 2 ¾”
Hex Bolts (#26), four

5/8” Washers (#21) and two M8 Nylon Nuts (#27).
