Map Screen in Car/Motorcycle mode
The Map Screen is the most commonly used screen on the Magellan CrossoverGPS.
Whether you are getting directions or just driving around town, the Map screen will give
you the peace of mind of knowing where you are and where you are going.
Current Street Name Name of street you are
currently on. When selected, displays the Locate
screen
Zoom out When selected, zooms out the map
display.
Destination Icon Provides a visual indication
of your destination.
POI Icon The sample indicated is the
icon for a restaurant. When selected, it offers you the
option of setting a trip to that POI.
Location Icon Provides a visual indication
of your current position. When selected, displays that you are
heading in a N, NE, NW, or W
direction.
Next Manoeuvre Indicates what type of
manoeuvre you will need to
perform when directed. When selected, repeats the last
verbal instruction.
Distance to Next
Manoeuvre Displays the calculated
distance to your next
manoeuvre in the chosen unit
of measurement. When selected, displays the total
remaining distance of the trip.
