OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS), OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF MOTOROLA OR ITS THIRD
PARTY SOFTWARE LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE
SHALL MOTOROLA’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. EACH THIRD PARTY
SOFTWARE LICENSOR IS AN INTENDED CONTRACTUAL BENEFICIARY OF THIS LICENSE.
These matters are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws
principles and excluding the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods.
