Follow these instructions to load the installation software, which enables your PC to recognize the m25. The
installation also loads the
. If you are using Windows 98 Second Edition, you may have
to install drivers for the player from the CD; refer to your system documentation and Help files for details on doing this.
You can also click on the Add New Hardware icon in Control Panel and follow the prompts.
1 Place the installation CD label-side up into your computer’s CD-ROM drive. The installation software should
launch automatically.
If installation software does not launch automatically, follow these steps to start installing manually:
a. Double-click the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop.
b. Double-click the CD-ROM icon.
c. Double-click the Install icon.
2 Click
Motorola Digital Music Center Software and Drivers and follow the on-screen instructions.
3 If prompted, reboot the computer when the installation is complete.
