When the Emergency/Malfunction Diagnosis Function has been activated, it stops the engine and flashes the pre-heat
lamp to indicate the cause of the malfunction with its flashing patterns. The flashing patterns and countermeasures are
shown below. The patterns consist of combinations of one or more long flashes and one or more short flashes.
