Grille with drip tray cover
^ Take the grille and drip tray cover out
and wash them.
The plastic grille must only be
washed by hand.
Capsule carousel and carousel
runners
^ Pull the carousel runners a out as far
as possible.
^ Remove the capsule carousel b by
pulling it upwards.
^ Lift the carousel runners up (a), and
pull forwards to remove b.
^ Clean the capsule carousel and
carousel runners with hot water and a
little washing-up liquid, or in the
dishwasher and dry with a cloth.
^ Also clean the area under the
carousel runners. It is particularly
important to clean the sensor which
is used to recognise the capsule
chambers as well as the recess in the
floor. After cleaning, dry with a soft
cloth.
^ To put the carousel runners back in,
place them on the guide rails and
push them into the machine until they
click into position.
^ Insert the capsule carousel. You do
not have to position it in a particular
way, as the machine will
automatically guide it into position.
^ Push the carousel runners with the
capsule carousel fully back into the
machine.
