in the event of an electrical short, grounding
reduces the risk of electric shock. the grounding
wire in the power cord must be properly connect-
ed to the grounding prong on the plug; likewise,
the outlet must be properly installed and ground-
ed. All electrical connections must be made in
accordance with local codes and ordinances.
We do not recommend the use of extension cords.
instead, arrange the placement of your equipment
and the installed wiring to eliminate the need for
extension cords.
if you find it absolutely necessary to use an exten-
sion cord with your machine, the extension cord
must also contain a ground wire and plug pin.
110v Operation
Use at least a 12 gauge cord that does not exceed
50 feet in length!
220v Operation
Use at least a 12 gauge cord that does not exceed
50 feet in length!

Grounding
the power from the manufactured leg may dam-
age electrical components on your machine if
connected to the wrong incoming power terminal.
only connect the manufactured leg to the "s"
terminal (see wiring diagram for identification).
DO NOT use a static phase converter, as they
notoriously damage electrical components.
phase Converter
(G0599 Only)
This machine MUST have a ground prong in
the plug to help ensure that it is grounded.
DO NOT remove ground prong from plug
to fit into a two-pronged outlet! If the plug
will not fit the outlet, have the proper outlet
installed by a qualified electrician.
Electrocution or fire could
